Hope for Literacy was started to help improve early childhood education across Guatemala City. One way we have committed to this work has been by providing professional development opportunities for those teachers that enroll in our program. Last year, we hosted a group of teachers that were hungry for this sort of support!

So this year we are putting on a larger conference with professionals from the US. We expect ~150 teachers to attend. This rivals some of our largest conferences we have ever hosted (pictured below). There will be sessions on "ADHD and Autism," "Nutrition and Fitness" and several more creative plug and play lessons for our teachers to bring to their own classrooms! We are so thankful for the opportunity to share some of our expertise with these incredible teachers, all for the service of young Guatemalans. Please join us in this important work!
